You may cancel your membership within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. You can also simply turn off auto-renew so that your membership expires at the end of your monthly or annual commitment, and will not automatically renew. To do this, log into your account online and toggle auto-renew to off.
Looking to unsubscribe? Pay-As-You-Go members only pay when they ride, so there’s no need to unsubscribe in order to stop charges from occurring. To unsubscribe from an Annual or Month-to-Month membership, simply log into your account online or through the app, select Memberships and click Unsubscribe.
