Month-to-Month and Annual memberships:
When you signed up for the Month-to-Month plan, Annual membership, Nike Employee plan or the Transportation Wallet, you were automatically enrolled in auto-renew to make sure there were no interruptions in your service. We will bill the card that you have on file two days before your membership is set to expire. If you have never turned off auto-renew, you don’t need to do anything to keep riding!
If you have turned off auto-renew in your account settings and your membership has expired, you’ll have to manually renew your membership. Log into your account (you’ll still be able to log in even if your membership has expired), and click “Account”, “Memberships”, and then “Resubscribe”.
Each membership is good for one year. Your group membership does not auto-renew. These accounts must be renewed annually. Please contact your HR department directly to confirm your eligibility.
PSU Student members:
Your membership does not automatically renew. At the end of your membership, you’ll need to register again for a student plan with your pdx.edu email address. You’ll receive an email when your account is about to expire. When you see this, simply log in to your account. Click ‘Account’, “Memberships”, and the “Resubscribe”. Existing student BIKETOWN users will have their memberships automatically moved over to a free student membership.
BIKETOWN for All members:
Your membership does not automatically renew. You will need to manually renew your membership, which you can easily do online! Simply log into your account online to do so.
