If you are getting an error message when you try to access a bike, there are a few reasons why:
You are not a member of BIKETOWN. If you are a member of another Social Bicycles network but have not yet signed up for BIKETOWN, follow these instructions to sign up.
Your account is frozen. This is the result of a failed credit card payment. Follow the instructions here to update the credit card on your account.
Your account is expired. This is the result of your previous pass or plan expiring. Log into the website or app to renew your expired plan or sign up for a new one.
Your account is suspended. Please contact email@example.com for more info.
Your account is unsubscribed. You have canceled your membership. You can re-subscribe by logging into the website or app and choosing a new plan.
Your account is deleted. You have deleted your account and it cannot be re-activated. You can sign up for a new account using a different email address.
