Oregon Trail cardholders, residents in affordable housing, residents who qualify for utility assistance, or those who receive other social services, may be eligible for the BIKETOWN for All program. Please note that your first month is free thanks to our BIKETOWN for All Pay-It-Forward Program, and you can return out of station bikes to BIKETOWN stations for $1 credit per return.
The $3/month BIKETOWN for All membership includes:
Unlimited 90-minute rides
No out of hub fees
Bikes available 24/7 across the Portland area
Free workshops where we provide bike safety education, information on how to use BIKETOWN, and a free bike helmet
No credit card needed and you can cancel anytime
BIKETOWN for All is a partnership between the Portland Bureau of Transportation, Motivate, Lyft, participating affordable housing communities, social service agencies, and local nonprofits.
You can also pay for this membership with cash payments! You can pay your $3/month membership in person with cash at the Parks and Rec office at Columbia Square - 111 SW Columbia Street - Suite 660. Please indicate at the desk that you would like to pay for your BIKETOWN for All membership when you arrive. Office hours are typically Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, but call beforehand to ensure the office is open - 503-823-2525, Option 4.
Eligibility: BIKETOWN for All is available to Portland residents ages 18 and older who qualify.
