If your Member Card isn’t working, first make sure you're holding it over the keypad. Then check that your billing info is up to date and that your account is active. If your credit card has expired or been cancelled, your account will be frozen until you enter a new credit card.
If you think your Member card is broken, please contact us and we’d be happy to send you a new Member Card.
If your member card is lost or stolen, please log into your BIKETOWN account and deactivate your card. In your account settings, basic information section, delete the card number in the “MEMBER CARD NUMBER” field.
If you need help, contact us. Any usage, service, damage or stolen bike fees incurred on your account before you have reported it as lost or stolen will be your responsibility.
If you'd prefer to get another Member Card, you can purchase a new one at a kiosk for a small replacement fee ($2 for Day Pass and Single Ride users, FREE for Annual Members). Retrieving a card at a kiosk will automatically sync the new card to your account. Note that a card cannot be issued to you at a kiosk unless you’ve cleared the previous card number from your account first. (Follow directions above).
